In this role, you will maintain accurate inventory records by entering data into inventory and shipping databases while assisting in the receiving, stocking, and distribution of inventory items. You will support inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and use basic computer skills and MS Office tools to manage inventory data effectively. Collaborating with other team members, you will help ensure smooth supply chain operations and assist in preparing and processing shipping and receiving documentation. Demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy with numbers, you will maintain inventory integrity and learn and adhere to supply chain and logistics principles and techniques to support overall operational efficiency.

  • Ability to obtain internal certification.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory databases, shipping databases, basic computer skills, and MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles and techniques preferred.
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification.
  • Willing and able to work 2nd shift hours.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving inventory issues.
