About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to support our shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This role includes both hands-on physical work and computer-based administrative tasks. You’ll help ensure materials and specimens are handled, stored, and documented accurately and safely.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable with frequent physical activity (walking, standing, bending)
• Occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals, extreme temperatures, and bloodborne pathogens

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP
• Previous material handling or maintenance experience
• Microsoft Office and data entry experience
• Knowledge of inventory tools such as RF scanners
• Shipping and receiving experience

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and organize materials, supplies, and specimens.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks using computer systems and phones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Keep storage areas organized and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain shipping records.
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements.
• Help maintain the facility and handle biohazard waste safely.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Complete other assigned duties as needed.
