About The Position

Wismettac is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Inventory Controller to help maintain accurate warehouse inventory and support efficient operations. In this role, you play a key part in ensuring our high-quality food products are properly tracked, stored, and available to meet customer demand.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of inventory control, warehouse inventory, or related experience required.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using warehouse systems, spreadsheets, or inventory tracking software.
Communication: Ability to work closely with warehouse staff and operations teams.
Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and work within a warehouse environment as needed.

Responsibilities

Inventory Accuracy: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and system updates.
Cycle Counting: Conduct regular physical counts and investigate discrepancies to maintain system accuracy.
Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with warehouse staff to verify product locations, quantities, and proper storage.
System Updates: Maintain inventory records in warehouse management systems and ensure data accuracy.
Receiving & Shipping Support: Assist with verifying inbound and outbound shipments to ensure product accuracy and documentation.
