As an Inventory Controller - Corrections Replenishment, you regularly monitor transactional activity, meticulously research, and perform reconciliations to correct imbalances and prevent order denials. When you investigate inventory discrepancies, you analyze adjustment trends and take corrective action to resolve issues, alerting management to any anomalies or potential shrinkage. Your day involves using a computer system to coordinate transfers and replenishment, and safely operating power equipment like a forklift or reach truck to move materials to their designated areas. You sort and place items on racks or shelves according to a predetermined sequence, ensuring accurate stock locations. While completing these tasks in a timely manner, you perform "dropdowns" to keep items at eye level for picking, mark materials with identifying information, and ensure all safety and security procedures are followed. You also keep communication and information updated to minimize disruption and, at times, train new employees. Requirements

  • Experience using systems that support inventory management
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem resolution skills
  • Attention to detail skills

  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
