Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
  • Strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree or relevant coursework is a plus
  • Previous Excel and ERP experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Audit discrepancies locate errors and problem solve
  • Manage and track sales orders
  • Heavy communication with sales and warehouse
  • Manage branch inventories
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts
  • Communicate on the phone and through email
  • Handle multiple tasks at the same time
