About The Position

Support the warehouse operation by maintaining accurate inventory levels across warehouse and satellite locations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with inventory systems, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Occasional travel to other store or warehouse locations may be required to support inventory audits, transfers, and operational needs.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak ecommerce seasons.
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
• Prolonged periods working on a computer and performing data entry tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Prior inventory control, warehouse, ecommerce fulfillment, or related experience preferred.
• Experience using inventory management systems or warehouse management software is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels within the ecommerce warehouse and across multiple locations.
• Perform routine cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and related computer systems to track, adjust, and report inventory activity.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate and execute inventory transfers between warehouse and retail/store locations; travel between locations may be required.
• Receive, inspect, process, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organized, clean, and efficient warehouse storage areas.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, retail, and operations teams to support business needs and improve inventory processes.
