The Inventory Control Technician is responsible for all purchasing and inventory control for our University of Missouri Hospital dialysis units. This is a temporary inventory management position. Responsibilities include management and delivery of supplies for several locations in the Columbia, MO region. Schedule : Part-time, 15-20 hours/week @ 3-4 days/week, shifts start at 7am Compensation : Pay range starting at $16.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities

• Maintains the correct quantities of inventory for the clinic.
• Places orders with the RN Manager to maintain stock levels.
• Receives incoming shipments of supplies; records and stocks supplies accordingly.
• Compares inventories to office records to obtain current inventory.
• Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, and investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
• Prepares daily and/or weekly reports, such as inventory balance, price lists and shortages.
