About The Position

This position involves receiving, inspecting, and managing stock and supplies for the Airport Authority. Employees will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming stock is accurately compared with shipping and receiving information, and for maintaining proper records related to stock issues and property control. The role requires a commitment to high-quality customer service and the ability to operate various vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Receives, inspects and compares incoming stock with shipping and receiving information.
  • Completes and files stock issue, surplus, material safety data and property control records.
  • Loads and unloads supplies and materials.
  • Delivers materials and equipment to Airport Authority departments.
  • Reviews stock quantities - conducts inventories of property control and stock assets.
  • Provides high quality customer service to internal and external customers and vendors.
  • Operates fork lift and other light vehicles.
  • Performs warehouse housekeeping duties and reorganizes stock storage areas.
  • Answers phones.
