About The Position

FNA Group is seeking an energetic and motivated Inventory Control Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Mesquite, TX. As a leading manufacturer of consumer and industrial pressure washers and outdoor power equipment, we pride ourselves on our ability to attract and retain talented associates. The Inventory Control Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of our inventory across two plants located under the same roof. This position requires a proactive individual who can multi-task, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, the Inventory Control Supervisor will oversee inventory cycle count programs, ensuring that physical counts and product accuracy are validated. The supervisor will direct a team to perform physical counts of raw and finished materials, comparing results to the bill of materials and pick lists for accuracy. Identifying discrepancies between paperwork and actual counts is essential, and the supervisor will provide updates to the Warehouse Manager and the Buyer identified on the order. Additionally, the supervisor will research inventory variances to determine root causes and assist with corrective actions, ensuring that the ERP system is updated in a timely manner. The Inventory Control Supervisor will also audit the receipt of goods and materials into the warehouse, supporting materials movement for production work orders across both plants. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of item numbers and new product launches. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, as the supervisor will need to read, analyze, and interpret shipping documents. The ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities is crucial, as is the comfort in communicating with diverse groups. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general knowledge of ERP systems are also required.
