About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee all aspects of inventory management at our facility. This is a hands-on role that requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Requirements

Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
High School diploma or equivalent is required
3+ years of inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics experience (cannabis industry experience preferred but not required).
Proven ability to maintain accurate records and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement systems and maintain order in a dynamic environment.
Comfort working early morning shifts and in a physical, on-your-feet role.
Experience with inventory management systems and software platforms.
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Green Flower or Ganjier certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts to ensure complete accuracy and accountability.
Collaborate closely with the national procurement team to monitor supply levels, deliveries, and order fulfillment needs.
Maintain an organized and clearly labeled warehouse environment; full implementation of organizational systems is expected within the first 30 days of employment.
Assist in receiving and processing early-morning deliveries by starting the workday at 3:00 AM.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company-specific protocols related to inventory handling and storage.
Develop and implement processes to improve inventory accuracy, minimize shrinkage, and streamline distribution operations.
Supervise warehouse team members, with training as needed in inventory best practices.
