About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee all aspects of inventory management at our facility. This is a hands-on role that requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Requirements

  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • 3+ years of inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics experience (cannabis industry experience preferred but not required).
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate records and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement systems and maintain order in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfort working early morning shifts and in a physical, on-your-feet role.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and software platforms.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Nice To Haves

  • Green Flower or Ganjier certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts to ensure complete accuracy and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with the national procurement team to monitor supply levels, deliveries, and order fulfillment needs.
  • Maintain an organized and clearly labeled warehouse environment; full implementation of organizational systems is expected within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Assist in receiving and processing early-morning deliveries by starting the workday at 3:00 AM.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company-specific protocols related to inventory handling and storage.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve inventory accuracy, minimize shrinkage, and streamline distribution operations.
  • Supervise warehouse team members, with training as needed in inventory best practices.
