About The Position

The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for supervising inventory control operations and teams according to established policies. This role involves following standard procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency, assisting with inventory planning, scheduling, forecasting, and control operations. The supervisor will utilize inventory tools and systems for tracking, analysis, auditing, and reporting, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additionally, the supervisor will implement and support initiatives to optimize inventory capabilities using best inventory management practices.

Requirements

• 3 years of supervisor experience in the related area.
• Previous Inventory Control experience is required.
• Proficiency in Inventory Software and MS Office.
• Experience with data analysis and maintaining data integrity for inventory variances.
• Knowledge of perishable mitigation management and waste avoidance.
• Experience with inventory rotation (FIFO: First In, First Out).
• Warehouse leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

• Cycle Counts reporting and record-keeping.
• Experience in training and onboarding staff.
• Delegate performance management and productivity oversight.
