About The Position

The successful candidate will coordinate the cycle counting process for the warehouse on a daily basis. This role involves investigating any inaccuracies in inventory and performing adjustments after obtaining the necessary approvals. The candidate will also be responsible for performing root cause analysis and coordinating corrective actions with the Supervisor and warehouse team to maintain inventory accuracy. Additionally, the candidate will assist the Logistics Manager, Inventory Control, and Operations Manager with any new process changes or system changes that impact the warehouse, while also organizing and maintaining warehouse efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Well organized with strong follow-up skills
  • Previous SAP Experience
  • Able to drive continuous improvement projects with warehouse leadership and Global Systems manager
  • Knowledge of forklift operations and previous driving experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
  • Computer Experience: SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel)
  • Team player, support Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs
  • Self-empowered to drive issue resolution or process changes.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the daily annual cycle counting process
  • Investigate any inaccuracies
  • Seek approval for adjustments and ensure guidelines for $$ limits are followed
  • Perform adjustment transactions
  • Conduct warehouse investigations related to inventory (errors, quality recalls, other)
  • Manage non-shippable locations to ensure that inventory is turning over and dispositioned according to guidelines
  • Assist in audits, findings, and reconciliations as needed
  • Assist Global Warehouse Systems Manager with any tasks associated with new processes or warehouse systems changes
  • Manage consolidation and storage of inventory
  • Resolve SAP Sales order and delivery issues as they pertain to Logistics processes
  • Cross-function with other divisions for issue resolution or process improvement (Planning, Purchasing, Finance, COS)
  • Manage SAP Sales order or delivery configuration of Logistics configuration tables (i.e., Routes, RF access, printer controls, ship schedules)
  • Follow and enforce SOX controls for inventory management and train/assist others in the site when needed
  • Run analysis using SAP BI, Analytics, and SAP reports to facilitate process improvements
  • Participate in Logistics projects, including System upgrades and Sourcing changes.
