About The Position

In this role, you will support the management and daily operations of a semiconductor equipment vendor’s R&D laboratory. You will help ensure lab safety, protect intellectual property (IP), and maintain efficient lab services while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrates strong core values and is a collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Conscientious, detail-oriented, and reliable in completing tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with QuickBase is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• 100% on-site role requiring daily work in a cleanroom laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, audit, and maintain lab areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and intellectual property (IP) protection.
• Sustain and govern existing lab services to support ongoing R&D activities.
• Support lab improvement projects by collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams to: Minimize inventory variances Resolve lab operational issues Implement process improvements focused on safety, IP, and efficiency
• Resolve discrepancies by investigating misidentified or out-of-balance items through root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Gather and provide feedback from lab users to continuously improve lab services and operations.
• Manage the stocking and dispensing of materials to lab users as needed.
