About The Position

Data Center Inventory Control Management (DCICM) is a key pillar within the Data Center Operations organization. The team ensures end-to-end inventory accuracy, material accountability, and logistical readiness across both live environments and data center build projects. DCICM safeguards inventory practices from initial receipt through full operational handoff and sustainment. The Inventory Control Specialist (IC3) plays a hands-on, execution-focused role within the DCICM team. This position supports the daily operation of inventory processes and partners closely with senior team members (IC4s, M2s) to maintain compliance, accuracy, and material readiness during both active builds and steady-state data center operations. The IC3 ensures proper handling of materials, supports audits, executes transactions in inventory systems, and collaborates with 3PLs and cross-functional teams to maintain operational momentum.

  • Work alongside third-party logistics (3PL) providers to verify receiving, put-away, and issue accuracy.
