Requirements

A high school diploma is required as experience in an inventory related field, strong organizational skills and computer proficiency are essential, specifically SAP and Google Workspace.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred and/or a combination of education and relevant experience
Familiarity with company ingredients and packaging materials is also an added advantage in most instances, demonstrating better understanding of the company's goals and expectations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring the rotation of finished goods in inventory to ensure inventory is used on a FIFO basis.
Lead the inventory process of finished goods, as well as working with the Distribution Center Manager in reconciling discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assist with the documentation within AbiMar’s system for the receiving and transfer of finished goods.
Assist with the preparation of year-end inventory
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area at all times
Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all contacts
Accept and adapt easily to change
Ensure that all activities are consistent with Company Mission Statement
