About The Position

This position is responsible for Perform inventory control activities. Your primary objective will be to maintain adequate levels of stock to meet daily distribution demands while minimizing excess supply. In addition, we strive to deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and fellow Team Members. Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of one year of related experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics
  • Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
  • Familiarity with procurement and inventory control software (Oracle and RF Smart Preferred)
  • Must pass periodic random drug screens.
  • Must be able to pass background suitability investigation.
  • Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
  • Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses.
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree or higher in business operations, logistics, mathematics, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
  • Deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and all Team Members by embodying our Mission Statement and Service Promise while adhering to department service standards. This entails consistency performing our service expectations of: Welcoming, Proactive, Seamless, Personalized and Valued.
  • Perform all warehouse inventory and supply chain management procedures according to company guidelines
  • Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock
  • Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers, daily cycle counts and annual physical inventory
  • Stock shelves with inventory in appropriate areas and in an organized manner
  • Maintain labeling process to ensure products are easily identifiable and able to be cycled by date
  • Rotate inventory to cycle first in first out to ensure time sensitive items are used first
  • Carry out hourly, daily and weekly checks to ensure quality of product being transferred is maintained and inventory is organized.
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstation neat, Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
  • Wear the proper safety equipment.
  • Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment.
  • Ensure compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) as well as all Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS).
  • Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required.
  • Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
