About The Position

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Inventory Supply Specialist to support supply operations for our Main Operating Room, Interventional Radiology (IR), and Platform areas. This role is essential to ensuring clinicians have the supplies they need—accurately, efficiently, and always on time.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalency is required
• 2 years working with inventory process control system.
• Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced clinical setting are essential.

Nice To Haves

• Candidates with experience in an OR or procedural environment, along with a background in supply chain or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full supply‑ordering process for Main OR, IR, and Platform areas, including monitoring inventory levels, forecasting needs, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and vendors to ensure timely and cost‑effective supply availability, resolve discrepancies, and support reliable, efficient operations.
