Join our Distribution Center and be the driving force for our store's merchandise! As the Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management and control processes in the warehouse. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of inventory management systems and be able to effectively manage the warehouse inventory.

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained
  • Ensure that all inventory processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare and submit inventory reports to management
  • Monitor and review inventory records for accuracy
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment
  • To conduct him/herself in the spirit of the MRG mission, vision, core values and organizational health
  • Other duties may be assigned
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in inventory management
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems and processes
  • Order Picker/Cherry Picker experience
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Previous experience with handheld terminals (HHT's)
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required
