About The Position
The City of Delray Beach is seeking a candidate for advanced store work in a warehouse, which includes ordering, stocking, and charging-out of inventory items. Work is performed under general supervision. The position involves various responsibilities such as warehouse stocking level management, receiving items into the warehouse, issuing warehouse items to users, ordering inventory items from vendors, performing regular inventory audits, and assisting with the implementation of the Utilities Asset Management program. Additionally, the role requires testing and repairing water meters to ensure their accurate operation.
