About The Position

What you’ll do at DBH
Oversees inventory, central storeroom, commissary, mailroom, surplus property.
Schedule maintenance and repair for fleet vehicles, coordinate vehicle assignments, monitor and track usage including fuel consumption and mileage.
Develops and enforces inventory and purchasing policies in compliance with regulatory standards
Leads and supervises staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
Manages purchasing, budgets, fiscal controls, and vendor relationships
Mains accurate automated inventory and asset tracking systems
This is an Exempt position, with a pay range of 11 on the Exempt Pay Range Schedule. This position is located within our 1101 Summit Road, Cincinnati, OH 45237
Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above

Requirements

• 18 mos. trg. or 18 mos. exp. in inventory control
• 6 mos. trg. or 6 mos. exp. in employee training & development
• 3 courses or 9 mos. exp. in electronic data processing related to inventory control
• 3 mos. trg. or 3 mos. exp. in agency policies & procedures & state & federal regulations governing inventory control & salvage & surplus disposal
• 1 course or 3 mos. exp. in public relations.
• Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
