This position is eligible for shift differential pay. The essential job functions include establishing and publishing weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules. The role requires communication and coordination of these schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily, ensuring that necessary product, equipment, and human resources are assigned to complete the schedule. The position also involves providing daily written and electronic copies of analysis and statistics of inventory count and quality audit results, conducting spot audits on unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel for all accounts, and documenting the results in an Excel spreadsheet. Additionally, the role requires interaction with supervisors to help identify trends, processes, or people that require corrective action, as well as timely responses to all emails.
