The position involves establishing and publishing weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules. The individual will communicate and coordinate these schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily to ensure the necessary resources are assigned for completion. Daily written and electronic copies of analysis and statistics of inventory count and quality audits results will be provided. The role includes conducting spot audits on unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel for all accounts, documenting results in an Excel spreadsheet. Interaction with supervisors is essential to identify trends, processes, or personnel that require corrective action. Timely communication via email is also a key responsibility.
