Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as an automotive buyer, appraiser, or in a related role (preferred)
- Strong understanding of used vehicle market trends and valuation
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with vAuto, Auction Edge, or dealership management systems is a plus
