About The Position

The Inventory Control Representative II is responsible for researching, releasing or voiding, and monitoring pending credits. This includes liaising with customer and sales departments, gathering information from operational groups and the ICQA team, and logging daily findings and executed credits to assist in the weekly warehouse scorecard. The role also involves creating and distributing daily credit reports for assigned warehouses, assisting with random weight allocation transactions and their impact on shrink, and identifying and resolving errors through billings and payments to customers and vendors. Additionally, the representative will review and audit the process for receiving products across all C&S facilities, manage vendor claims to ensure proper payments, and prepare various reports related to inventory management.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of applicable warehouse/inventory experience.
• High School Diploma - General Studies.
• Experience with warehouse/inventory management systems and software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, release/void and monitor pending credits.

• Review and audit process for receiving product for all C&S facilities.
• Identify, research, and resolve vendor claims to ensure proper payment.
• Review adjustments and reconcile with vendor return documentation.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reports on inventory-related areas.
