Duties & Responsibilities: Monitor inventory of various supplies needed to keep operations running using D365 and other means Ship and receive products and supplies as needed using forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. Maintain a clean, organized shipping and receiving area at the Saukville location Using a box truck and following DOT regulations, transport products and supplies between manufacturing locations Perform additional responsibilities, work in various production areas, and assist in continuous improvement activities as requested to achieve business objectives Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Two or more years of experience in direct manufacturing Good organizational skills and ability to follow directions Possess a valid Wisconsin driver's license, be subject to a license background check, and have a clean driving record Proficient in math, reading, communication, and computer skills Trucking and warehouse experience is a plus Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for up to 8-10 hours per day Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Competitive Pay & Benefits: Paid vacation and 11 paid holidays Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance HSA and FSA accounts 401k with company matching and profit sharing Tuition reimbursement
