Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • High School Diploma, College or Technical training preferred but not required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior parts experience, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Check in parts and reconcile receiving checklist to packing slips to ensure all parts and quantities are received and that pricing is accurate.
  • Prepare parts for sale and verify dealer net price.
  • Stock inventory including organizing shelves and rotating stock.
  • Process, file and code all rebates monthly.
  • Review and code invoices sent from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure that all dealership and OEM invoices are scanned and maintained properly.
  • File discrepancies with OEM for damaged, missing or wrong parts received.
  • Ship parts to assigned locations.
  • Complete purchase orders for parts; verify all prices before parts are received and posted.
  • Track orders for counter sales and repair orders, follow up with vendors as necessary.
  • Communicate with parts counter personnel and delivery drivers regarding parts transfers from other Nextran locations.
  • Core management from core credit to customer to processing returns to assigned location.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
