Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
High School Diploma, College or Technical training preferred but not required

Nice To Haves

Prior parts experience, preferred

Responsibilities

Check in parts and reconcile receiving checklist to packing slips to ensure all parts and quantities are received and that pricing is accurate.
Prepare parts for sale and verify dealer net price.
Stock inventory including organizing shelves and rotating stock.
Process, file and code all rebates monthly.
Review and code invoices sent from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to ensure accuracy.
Ensure that all dealership and OEM invoices are scanned and maintained properly.
File discrepancies with OEM for damaged, missing or wrong parts received.
Ship parts to assigned locations.
Complete purchase orders for parts; verify all prices before parts are received and posted.
Track orders for counter sales and repair orders, follow up with vendors as necessary.
Communicate with parts counter personnel and delivery drivers regarding parts transfers from other Nextran locations.
Core management from core credit to customer to processing returns to assigned location.
Other duties, as assigned.
