About The Position

Preferred Personnel Solutions, in partnership with ABW Logistics , is seeking to hire Inventory Control Operators for a food distribution warehouse located in Clayton!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of MHE.
• Knowledge of WHS Management Software and Red Prairie.
• Computer skills in email, spread sheet, and work processing software.
• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accuracy of all outbound shipments.
• Reviews shorts to avoid cuts and communicates high cut risks for cut approval.
• Communicates inbounds needed to clear shorts.
• Complete cut sheet form and ensure all cuts are submitted.
• Responsible for adjustments including freight line/warehouse and outbound damage/short replacements.
• Responsible for auditing/reporting including cycle counting, collecting data, and reporting warehouse issues/errors.
• Assisting with return and RTS orders.
• Identifying UID pallets.
• Keeping outbound shipment area clean.
• Maintains active review of emails.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
