Requirements

  • Skilled in spreadsheet and accounting software.
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • This position requires sufficient experience, education and job knowledge to meet current business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory control operations for all casino hotel departments, including food & beverage, hotel operations, gaming, retail, and maintenance.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce inventory control policies, procedures, and internal controls to minimize loss and ensure compliance.

  • Conduct and oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies and variances.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to forecast inventory needs and optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and regulatory audit requirements.
  • Monitor inventory turnover, usage patterns, and shrinkage; prepare detailed reports and recommendations for leadership.
  • Supervise, train, and develop inventory control staff, including scheduling and performance management.
  • Maintain inventory management systems, ensuring accurate data entry and system integrity.
  • Coordinate with vendors and purchasing to resolve discrepancies, returns, and quality issues.
  • Support operational efficiency by preventing stockouts while controlling excess inventory.
  • Enforce proper handling, storage, and security procedures for all inventory items.
  • Participate in audits, investigations, and regulatory reviews as needed.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and compliance across all departments.
  • Other job-related duties may be assigned by instruction from management.
