Requirements

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Business Analytics, Accounting, or similar field of study
• Between 3-5 years of experience in inventory related role
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily and weekly reports to ensure Coordinators are maintaining daily job duties timely.
• Organize, prioritize, and control job responsibilities to meet operational deadlines.
• Apply knowledge and demonstrates understanding of inventory concepts as it relates to First In, First Out (FIFO)/First Expired, First Out (FEFO).
• Prepares reconciliation of physical inventories and update inventory balances for each facility to the SAP inventory balance monthly and quarterly.
• Recognize discrepancies in reports and research the source of the error and plan a solution.
• Work directly with facility contacts to resolve any cut-off issues, production reporting delays, and count adjustments, etc.
• Attend and audit physical inventory processes of company facilities at the discretion of management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with production facility/warehouse contacts.
