Requirements

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Serve as support to the Asset Protection Supervisor to maintain workflow and count processes.
• Operate a forklift and work in tandem with all Inventory control team members.
• Conduct, organize, and validate inventory counts.
• Sort damaged and RTV, reduce salvage, obtain return authorizations from vendors, and re-wrap sellable merchandise.
• Work cross functionally within departments to complete related merchandise counts and inventory control responsibilities.
• Support the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Deliver service excellence through all points of contact.
• Resolve and deescalate to address every member concern.
• Conduct daily club safety walks and escalate findings to Asset Control Inventory Supervisor.
• Process damaged or defective merchandise by following appropriate procedures.
• Maintain the correct stock/inventory status for all damaged, defective, and returned merchandise.
• Complete and maintain necessary training and annual safety re-certifications to effectively operate a forklift.
