About The Position

This position involves maintaining documentation and computer records that accurately reflect the location and quantity of materials, products, and equipment. The role ensures that the company's guidelines on proper stock rotation are followed and that in-house orders, customer orders, and backorders are processed according to customer specifications and plant procedures. Additionally, it is crucial to maintain accurate and current outboard information.

• Experience using Oracle, Excel, Precision or similar transportation software

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders including releasing Hots, backordering and working holds
• Conduct material variance investigations and support the order picking process
• Assist with inventory control including discrepancies and physical inventory
• Allocate product for Stock/Export Shipping
• Perform other duties as assigned
