About The Position

Step into our warehouse in Lagrange, GA, where your precision keeps products moving and numbers aligned. As an Inventory Control Cycle Counter & Forklift Specialist, you’ll safeguard data integrity, support daily operations, and collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Run routine and targeted cycle counts to verify stock accuracy and integrity. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, documenting root causes and fixes. Keep storage areas organized, clean, and compliant for safe, efficient work. Partner with teammates to refine inventory processes and prevent variances. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track movements, adjustments, and transfers. Create and maintain clear reports on inventory status and cycle count outcomes. Support receiving and shipping activities when needed to maintain flow. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain education is a plus. Background in warehouse operations or inventory control preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits. Comfort working independently and in a team environment. Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office, including Excel. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift, move, and stage materials safely. 3+ years of forklift experience. Requirements
