Inventory Control Coordinator

Conair Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Glendale, AZ facility. This state-of-the-art, 1.2 million square foot distribution center services Conair's extensive customer base west of the Mississippi. In this role, the Inventory Control Coordinator will be an integral member of the Inventory team, responsible for performing cycle counts, identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory control records. The position requires a proactive approach to monitoring daily cycle count activities and transactional activity, ensuring that any imbalances are researched and reconciled promptly to prevent order denials. The coordinator will also be tasked with maintaining comprehensive records of all cycle count activities and ensuring inventory accuracy at subcontractors, consignment, and third-party warehouses through both system-based and hands-on cycle count practices. The successful candidate will be expected to investigate all inventory discrepancies in a timely manner and perform additional duties as assigned. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our inventory management processes and supporting the overall efficiency of our distribution operations.
