Inventory Control Coordinator
About The Position
Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company is a specialty coffee roaster and manufacturer committed to quality, consistency, and operational excellence. Accurate inventory management is essential to our ability to plan production, fulfill customer orders, and maintain strong financial controls. The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. This position supports cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and data integrity while partnering closely with Warehouse, Production, Procurement, and Finance teams. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely operate an 18-foot box truck; no CDL required
- Willingness and ability to drive company vehicles as part of regular job duties
- Basic Excel and computer skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
Nice To Haves
- Inventory control or warehouse experience
- Forklift operation experience
Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Maintain FIFO inventory practices and accurate bin locations
- Receive, verify, and transfer inventory between locations
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Support physical inventories and inventory audits
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse environments
