What you will do: Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, packaged materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials Operate RF scanners, hand-held devices, and ERP systems (e.g., Eclipse) to confirm material quantities and locations. Utilize manual lifts, reach trucks, and transfer equipment safely (requires applicable training and certification). Ensure materials are stored in proper locations; investigate and resolve misclassified inventory. Report inventory discrepancies, including overages, shortages, and damaged goods, to supervision. Publish weekly and quarterly inventory metrics and performance reports. Conduct root cause analysis on inventory issues and recommend process improvements. Train warehouse staff on inventory control procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols. Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials specific to electrical distribution logistics. Lead onboarding sessions for new hires and provide ongoing training for existing team members. Promote full-time and proper use of PPE and uphold all safety and quality procedures. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support logistics and inventory operations.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Minimum of five (5) years of electrical distribution or electrical wholesale experience
  • Knowledge of inventory system (Eclipse ERP experience preferred)
  • Experience using an RF scanner
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook
