Inventory Control Coordinator (5am to 1:30pm) - 5486
About The Position
We are looking to hire an Inventory Control Coordinator! This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory control and supporting warehouse operations through audits, discrepancy resolution, and documentation. The position involves collaborating with Supply Chain and Plant Management to troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with company guidelines, and perform product inspections. Additional duties include processing inventory adjustments, conducting capacity analyses, and performing clerical tasks to optimize logistics efficiency. The ideal candidate is a person that is ok with moving around and can think through practical problems. We have a very dedicated team of individuals, and we are looking to add another member to the family! This role will share time between 2 of our local facilities: 3600 S Memorial Dr, Racine, WI 53403 2815 Buell Dr, East Troy, WI 53120

Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and audits - and provide detailed documentation of results.
- Reviews, trouble shoots, and reports inventory discrepancies following company guidelines for inventory management.
- Works with Supply Chain on Purchase order process errors.
- Completes Product Inspection Requirements for local vendor receiving.
- Completes Aisle/bin audits for warehouse capacity analysis.
- Research transactions to complete root cause analysis, works with the Plant Manager on corrective actions .
- Identify products in inventory database: identify code/lot dates on products.
- Process debit and credit adjustments while utilizing accurate reason codes.
- Performs related clerical tasks and audits to support warehouse logistics.
