Broad Function and Purpose of Position: To directly assist Finance and Supply Chain with various reporting and analysis.

Requirements

High School Diploma. Strong data entry skills.
2 – 4 years experience working in Materials and/or Finance.
Understanding of MRP systems, specifically SAP.
Excellent oral and written communication as well as analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to think and solve problems creatively.

Responsibilities

Generating and publishing daily and monthly inventory reports.
Auditing of inventory transactions in SAP. Correcting wrong transactions / inventory balances
Responsible for purchase order creation
Administers cycle count program, including root cause analysis and publishing results of audits.
Reviews shop order variance and makes adjustments as necessary.
