Job Description I. JOB SUMMARY The Inventory Control Coordinator is accountable for storage and distribution of all inventory stock supplies in SPD, Central Supply and the designated OR location. This position will verify and keep records of incoming shipments, orders, new products, deleted products while working to maintain inventory in the best fashion for the investment. They are further accountable for unpacking and examining incoming shipments. Works to put inventory in an organized fashion on shelving with proper labeling, etc. Schedule: M-F 7a - 11a. Some flexibility with schedule. II. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Works with the McKesson PMM system to maintain the correct inventory products and levels in CS/SPD/OR. Reviews reports and adjusts minimum/maximum levels; maintains adequate stock on all nursing units, operates materials management computer system and works with the CS techs utilizing the PAR system. Works with the CS techs to coordinate the receiving and delivery of supplies and throughout the hospital. Maintains inventory of all stocked supplies in SPD, Central Supply and the designated OR supply location. Maintains appropriate stock levels and helps CS techs check for outdated supplies in all inventory locations. Perform cycle counts or as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Required: High school diploma or equivalent 1 year relevant inventory and supply experience, or related supply chain experience Preferred: Associate's degree Relevant medical inventory and supply experience Previous hospital experience Our Cultural Beliefs People First Integrity Matters Better Together At LMH Health, we value inclusion and diversity.
