About The Position

Responsible for coordinating and verifying all movements of raw materials and packaging materials to and from the warehouse, verifying finished goods produced, issuing raw and packaging materials to work orders, and ensuring inventory accuracy according to the division's daily needs during their designated shift Key Duties and Essential Job Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions of this role. Responsible for guiding, training, and leading the inventory team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of divisional manufacturing ingredients. Responsible for inventory accuracy within the department. Responsible for closing work orders and production confirmation. Responsible for verifying ingredients delivered to and returned from the prep area. Responsible for inventory transactions required throughout the shift. Verify departmental Allergen guidelines are followed, and ensure integrity of containment (IOC) of all ingredients throughout the material handling process. Ensure the accuracy of lot numbers and movements in the system of materials. Ability to lead, be a teacher, and create a positive work environment.

Requirements

Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and training.
Level II: the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally in English as it pertains to individual position.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
knowledge of Inventory, Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.
