About The Position

The Inventory Control Coordinator will work with management of the Supply Chain department. In this capacity they will assist with the daily tasks and requirements of the department, managing their time effectively between multiple shifts and facilities.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of ERP software; Syteline Experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adaptable to fast paced environments with changing circumstances, direction and strategy and has the desire to thrive in a dynamically growing environment
  • Analytical and process driven thinker and problem solver
  • Flexibility in operational style to meet the requirements of multi-cultural workplace
  • Minimum 2-year College Degree or HS Diploma/GED and relevant work experience

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally as part of the Supply Chain Team on manufacturing process reviews and new products
  • Being physically on the production floor to complete assigned tasks such as completing physical counts of materials and trouble shooting
  • Interpret data and provide meaningful analysis of information
  • Meet deadlines and demonstrate effective time management skills
  • Develop and maintain Supply Chain reports and systems to ensure all products are co-manufactured at the highest standards and within customer specifications
  • Assist in assuring that Production, Quality, and Supply Chain personnel are accurately consuming food and packaging materials
  • Incorporate statistical quality control and inspection procedures to assure all systems are accurate, completing required reports to Project Management, Quality, and clients in a timely manner
  • Work in Syteline and Mongoose (in-house ERP system), as well as EDI and SAP (client systems), to report and investigate daily consumption
  • Verify, report and investigate daily production and labor results (co-packing, blow molding, winding)
  • Update various Excel reports on a daily basis
  • Work with Project Managers and Coordinators and quality to support packaging and consumption requirements of existing and upcoming programs
  • Attend selected meetings
  • Participate in GMP/Safety Walks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
