About The Position

Darigold is seeking a motivated Inventory Control Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for managing inventory across Darigold’s warehousing network, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness and customer service. The Inventory Control Coordinator will ensure that internal and external inventory reporting is accurate and completed in accordance with established procedures. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in inventory management and a strong commitment to operational excellence. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented and dedicated to continuous improvement. A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills and excellent customer service are essential for success in this role. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 1–2 years of inventory management experience required.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end inventory processes, including cycle counts, interplant orders, adjustments and reconciliations.
  • Oversee third-party warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs and service level standards.
  • Allocate inventory to meet customer and commercial requirements, Proactively communicate potential shortages or issues to internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between production facilities, customer service, and warehouses; manage third-party relationships and report performance to management.
  • Provide financial analysis on inventory-related projects, operational improvements and ongoing operations.
  • Perform administrative and operational inventory tasks, including reconciliation, documentation and coordination with internal teams.
  • Reconciling and adjusting inventory, managing aging stock and coordinating with customer service and logistics to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.
  • Researching credit requests and submitting to management for approval.
  • Resolving shipment discrepancies and generating required paperwork (e.g., COAs, BOLs).
  • Serving as backup for other inventory coordinators Processing inbound load paperwork from interplants and co-pack producers.
  • Performing month-end activities such as audits, adjustment verifications and order status checks.
  • Fulfilling and processing sample requests (e.g. product development, sales team, etc.)
  • Provide weekend coverage on a rotating schedule.

  • Compensation range: $28.81/hour - $43.21/hour (individual wage based on previous experience, knowledge and skills)
