About The Position

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for managing shipping and receiving operations, fulfilling field part requests, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting nonconformance processes. This role operates under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager and plays a critical part in ensuring operational readiness and compliance with Deep Well Services Quality Management System standards. This position is best suited for detail-oriented and organized individuals who can operate effectively in a fast-paced shop environment while maintaining accuracy and accountability across inventory and logistics functions.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
0 to 3 years of experience in inventory control, purchasing, shipping and receiving, or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Basic computer and inventory tracking system proficiency preferred
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen
Ability to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to work in shop and occasional field environments as required
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, carrying, and organizing materials
Ability to work in varying environmental conditions including heat, cold, and noise
Ability to safely operate within an industrial shop setting

Responsibilities

Manage all shipping and receiving activities including proper loading and unloading of trucks
Maintain and update receiving logs in accordance with Quality Management System standards
Fulfill field part requests and coordinate transportation of materials and equipment
Monitor inventory levels and communicate reorder needs to be purchasing
Maintain clean and organized shop and inventory areas with proper storage per OEM standards
Support nonconformance investigations, documentation, and corrective actions in coordination with Quality
Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with additional projects and operational needs as assigned
