Monitors and verify that all products sent to Manufacturing are in the system, and the quantities are correct. Performs physical counts and does bin check to ensure stocked items are in the right location. Oversees inventory and distribution of labels from the stock cages. Counts Inventory: • Receives items from warehouse to be verified before sending them to manufacturing. • Ensures all items, lot numbers and quantities match the system. • Ensures stocked items are organized and readily accessible. • Perform cycle counts to quickly address issues and maintains consistent flow of inventory. • Maintains and provides the labels manufacturing needs for the current work Week. • Receives returned items from manufacturing to be verified before sending them back to the warehouse. Discrepancies: • Compares the quantities of items physically present in the warehouse to the inventory records of the warehouse. • Investigates differences between the stock on hand and the records. • Notify if an adjustment needs to be done. • Processes expiration date change if necessary, when releasing items to manufacturing. Inventory Tagging: • Ensures warehouse stocking area is clean and well maintained, in accordance with federal, state, and local safety rules. • With guidance from the Inventory Control Manager, determines proper storage procedures and inventory control methods. • Ensures all returned items are properly tagged with the return barcode label. • Ensures all labels are tagged individually by the cases. Stock Inspection: • Examines items in inventory for defects, damage and reports this information to Inventory Control Manager. • Maintains records of damaged stock and damaged warehouse materials.
