Requirements

  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Minimum of five (5) years of electrical distribution or electrical wholesale experience
  • Knowledge of inventory system (Eclipse ERP experience preferred)
  • Experience using an RF scanner
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, packaged materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials
  • Operate RF scanners, hand-held devices, and ERP systems (e.g., Eclipse) to confirm material quantities and locations.
  • Utilize manual lifts, reach trucks, and transfer equipment safely (requires applicable training and certification).
  • Ensure materials are stored in proper locations; investigate and resolve misclassified inventory.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, including overages, shortages, and damaged goods, to supervision.
  • Publish weekly and quarterly inventory metrics and performance reports.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on inventory issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Train warehouse staff on inventory control procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials specific to electrical distribution logistics.
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new hires and provide ongoing training for existing team members.
  • Promote full-time and proper use of PPE and uphold all safety and quality procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support logistics and inventory operations.
