The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for consulting with clients to design interior environments, managing inventory, and overseeing sales processes while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. These responsibilities include space planning, purchasing materials, handling transactions, monitoring market trends, and providing post-sale support.

  • Develop and execute a cycle count schedule in coordination with the CFO and Operations Manager.
  • Perform daily and scheduled physical inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure all counts are completed within the fiscal year.
  • Record inventory data and maintain accurate item locations using WMS or ERP systems.
  • Research and resolve issues related to zeroed or negative inventory values, and generate recounts for high-variance items.
  • Analyze and summarize variance reports, discussing findings with the Operations Manager and relevant teams.
  • Support inventory audits, manage returned goods, and respond to inquiries from Purchasing and Sales teams.
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 2 plus years of experience in warehousing operations or inventory control
  • Detailed working knowledge of Eclipse and a basic knowledge of Excel
  • Satisfactory criminal history check
