Job Description Summary: The Inventory Control Coordinator ensures the timely movement, stocking, and organization of bulk and consumable materials to keep operations running smoothly. Materials to be delivered include bulk antibodies, bottled components, packaging supplies needed for finished goods, and bottling supplies such as bottles, vials, caps, pipettes, for in-process semi-complete goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in material handling, inventory management, and supporting lean manufacturing principles. Must be able to keep accurate records and have good customer service skills. Intermediate computer/data entry skills required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted. The Inventory Control Coordinator will initiate warehouse improvements as well as consistent review of the systematic warehouse, ensuring accurate inventories in line with overall business expectations. The partner will develop process improvement recommendations as necessary and input daily dashboard metrics as required.
