The Inventory Control Coordinator l position supports daily material handling and inventory accuracy efforts. This entry-level role is responsible for receiving inspection, accurate storage, and preparation of kits for production use. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED. Further education desired.
• 0-1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory setting preferred.
• Forklift experience/certification preferred.
• Must have strong computer skills and proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft programs.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming packages for accuracy against pack slips and purchase orders.
• Identify and report discrepancies or damage in received materials.
• Label, bin, and place inventory into designated locations.
• Pick parts from inventory and assemble kits for production.
• Deliver material kits and stock to appropriate production areas.
• Perform cycle counts and support regular physical inventory activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory areas.
• Operate pallet jacks and other non-powered handling tools (forklift if certified)
