About The Position
The Inventory Control Coordinator at The Diplomat Beach Resort is responsible for managing and overseeing the inventory of audio, video, and lighting equipment. This role involves ensuring accurate data entry and transaction completion in the Helios Inventory Control system, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining the integrity of inventory systems. The coordinator will also communicate with various managers to ensure smooth operations and assist in asset management and administrative tasks.
