About The Position

The Inventory Coordinator role is ultimately responsible for being a subject matter expert within the Warehouse and department and Warehouse systems. The Inventory Coordinator works with a wide variety of internal stakeholders—including Warehouse, Inventory, Packaging, and IT teams — in the full range of the inventory cycle. You will leverage your industry, technical and functional experience to train and support internal stakeholders to generate efficiencies and business value aligned with strategic corporate goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Proficiency in performing WM warehouse movement transactions and resolving issues with inventory adjustments
  • Knowledge of Material Master
  • Proficiency in training users on JDE procedures
  • Production to Inventory and Extended Warehouse Management business process knowledge/experience
  • Lift Certified – Conventional and Clamp
  • Experience moving pallets of Wine and Dry Goods
  • Food and Beverage Industry knowledge/experience
  • JDE intermediate level experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. regularly

Responsibilities

  • Understand inventory movements, warehouse language
  • Support and train TWG user with day-to-day JDE transactions specific to warehouse and inventory movements
  • Assist TWG facilities with cycle counts and physical inventories as necessary
  • Perform inventory audits at TWG plants and third-party facilities where TWG has inventory
  • Run and update inventory reports from JDE, Excel, and Power BI
  • Perform inventory analysis and use to identify issues or opportunities to improve
  • Proactively maintain knowledge of technology innovation
  • Work closely with relevant business functions to develop/test new ideas and propositions for product development and obtain buy-in
  • Assist in developing and training on JDE strategy and vision for warehousing and distribution locations
  • Apply critical thought processes to develop and implement improvements in the operation of the warehouse or create solutions to problems as they arise
  • Follow all established safety and environmental practices and recognize and control hazards while performing tasks.re communication around priorities, developments, and changes to stakeholders across the business
  • Work closely with the JDE users to ensure they have a good understanding of features and functionality related to inventory and warehouse movements
  • Support Product Owner and IT on facility requested changes/enhancements to JDE
  • Assist with operational improvement to simplify the inbound, outbound and inventory processes
  • Work with managers and team to create inventory related metrics and reporting
  • Ability to interpret/document the ideas of others
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to illustrate data (charts, process flows)
  • Knowledge of supply chain

  • Meet deadlines
