The core responsibilities of this role include: Counting and verifying inventory approx. 98% of the day and/or operating standing MHE including Stock Pickers, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Trucks, and Dock Stockers approx. 95% of the day. Provide day to day direction and guidance to the team. Assist with training associates and monitoring associate progress.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred.

• Basic understanding of Blue Yonder and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail while maintaining legible and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Counting and verifying inventory approximately 98% of the day.
• Operating standing MHE including Stock Pickers, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Trucks, and Dock Stockers approximately 95% of the day.
• Providing day to day direction and guidance to the team.
• Assisting with training associates and monitoring associate progress.
• Maintaining inventory records.
• Performing daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinating physical inventory procedures and adjusting system as necessary.
• Following procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Performing routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.
